Advertisers Terms
Children s parties will supply the advertiser with a regularly updated site, which is promoted through print advertising, search engines, links to other sites, mail outs and flyers.
- It will be continually updated with new information for visitors.
- We will also suggest to the advertiser, ways to receive top return for your advertising dollar.In return we ask the following of advertisers.
- Advertisers are required to pre pay their first contract period.
- Advertisers must pay within fourteen days of any invoices issued.
- One month s notice prior to the end of the contract period, in writing, is required for termination of advertising.
- Advertisers must supply all materials required for their web page by disc, link or printed material emailed or posted to Children s Parties as below.
- Advertisers guarantee that they will not publish any material in their advertisements or on their web pages, which is offensive or unsuitable for children.
- If we deem anything as unsuitable, Children s Parties has the right to terminate any advertising agreements. In this case there will be no refund of prepaid monies.
- Children's Parties is not responsible for any advertising failing to bring a response as we do everything to promote the site and honour our agreement with you, the advertiser.
- The lines of communication should be kept open at all times between Children's Parties and the advertiser so issues may be discussed as required
